Panoramic Associates are supporting our Local Authority client in the North West with the recruitment of an Interim Procurement Officer for a contract role until the end of May. Ideally you can start immediately (within the next two weeks max). The onsite requirement is one day a week, on Wednesdays.
Role:
- Implementation of the new e-sourcing system for the CA (Pipeline, Sourcing & Contract Management)
- Data analysis and cleansing of existing Procurement data, including Contract Register, Pipeline and other relevant data to support the implementation of the new e-sourcing system
- Design and development of the new Pipeline Planning and Contract Review cycle utilising the e-sourcing system and cleansed data
- Linking of Payment system to Contracts
- Design and delivery of a suite of reporting related to the available Procurement data
- Ad hoc support of low value Tenders
Requirements:
- Experience implementing procurement systems, processes, reporting & data analysis
- Procurement delivery experience
- Full understanding of Procurement Act 2023
