Interim Procurement Position - Local Authority - Competitive day rate - Remote!
Panoramic Associates are working with a Local Authority in the Midlands who have an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to join them on an interim assignment.
The role will fall inside IR35 and the initial contract duration will be 3-months. An extension is very likely as the programme is due to continue for much longer than the initial contract term.
The client can offer a rate of £400 - £450 per day for the successful candidate.
This role will work closely with the Procurement Business Partner on the Social Care side of procurement for the Council. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with the following:
- Recent Local Authority experience
- Experience of working in a Social Care Procurement position
- An understanding of the government procurement regulations
- Availability to begin a new assignment in the new year
The Council would like to move back to a hybrid working environment when the current Public Health situation has settled. However, for the immediate term this contract will be worked in a remote capacity until the Public Health rules support on-site working again.
