Panoramic Associates are working with a health board based in Newport to recruit an Interim Project Manager to Project Manager to undertake a full service review of the catering services at health board premises. This is a full time 12 month assignment which will require on site work.
To apply for this role:
- You will be required to have an in depth knowledge of the All Wales Nutrition and Catering Standards for Food and Fluid Provision for Hospital Inpatients - 2011 (ideally based on existing knowledge or experience, but can be gained from studying the Standards online).
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales whilst co-ordinating a range of internal and external stakeholders with differing priorities.
- Remain focused on the review's terms of reference and be able to produce a high standard written report of the review's findings.
- Be experienced in producing highlight reports and developing business cases to a high level. Therefore, it is crucial that the you will possess excellent communication, organisational and report writing skills
Essential: Prince 2 Foundation - evidenced by certification
Desirable: Existing understanding of All Wales Nutrition and Catering Standards for Food and Fluid Provision for Hospital Inpatients - 2011
Desirable: Previous NHS project management, catering or dietetic experience
