We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interim Mobilisation Manager to join a homecare provider for a 3-month contract in the Berkshire area.
This is a leading homecare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Role Overview: As the Interim Mobilisation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful rollout and implementation of their homecare packages. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition, from planning to execution, while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mobilisation and implementation of homecare services across the Berkshire area.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of care staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues promptly.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar mobilisation or project management role within the healthcare or homecare sector.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the homecare sector.
