Panoramic Associates is delighted to be working with one of our highly valued clients to recruit for an Interim HR Consultant. This group of schools is looking for an Interim HR Professional to join them ASAP for a contract until January 2025.
As the Interim HR Consultant, you will have a range of responsibilities such as:
– Policy writing
– Board-level reporting
– Recruitment + SCR
– Projects
You will report to the CEO and will have no line management responsibilities. You will carry out your work remotely, with very ad hoc travel required to schools in the Bedfordshire /Buckinghamshire areas.
To be considered for this position you will have the following:
  • HR Manager experience or above
  • Education experience
  • Availability to start by 7th October
This is a fantastic opportunity to have a remote working model and provide support to a group of schools. You will also be paid at a competitive daily rate.
