We are seeking a dedicated Interim Home Care Manager to join a reputable care provider and lead the way in providing high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs. Based in the London area.
This will be based in the Surrey area for 3- 4 months and is a great opportunity to get stuck in to strategically support, help drive change and maintain CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Interim Care Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated care professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support services to residents.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of care standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Staff Development: Provide mentorship and training to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
Communication: Maintain strong communication with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.
Experience required:
- Experienced CQC Registered Manager
Have extensive home care experience ideally working with adults with complex health needs
Be immediately available
Have experience managing a nursing/clinical team (Nursing pin highly desirable)
