Interim Registered Manager – Residential and Nursing Care Home
Location: Surrey
Duration: 9-12 Months
Pay Rate: Competitive Day Rate

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Interim Registered Manager to oversee a medium-sized residential and nursing care home in South East England. This is a temporary position, lasting between 9 to 12 months, where you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to the elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strong, hands-on leadership to a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care and support.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home is fully compliant with CQC regulations and maintain an environment of continuous improvement.
- Resident Care: Oversee the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
- Staff Management: Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a positive and supportive working environment.
- Budget Management: Oversee the financial management of the home, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents’ families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
About You:
- Experience: Proven track record in managing a residential or nursing care home, with a strong understanding of elderly care and nursing dementia.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in maintaining compliance.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, residents, and families.
- Problem Solver: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
