INTERIM HEADTEACHER

Contract length: Immediate start – 3 month contract (likely to extend)
Salary: Competitive day rate

Panoramic Associates are currently working with a mainstream school in North London who are looking for an Interim Headteacher. They’re looking for this person to join their team as soon as possible till the end of the academic year. Supporting with teaching and learning and safeguarding matters. The right person will be experienced in safeguarding, SEN and behaviour.

Our client are looking for someone who thrives in Multi-Academy Trusts and larger school environments to bring a wealth of experience within safeguarding and SEN support. This person will need to bring expertise and a proven track record in handling behavioural challenges. Able to lead from the front and offer invaluable knowledge and experience to the current SLT.

Requirements:

  • QTS
  • NPQH
  • Strong DSL, safeguarding, SEN, behaviour and
  • Inclusion experience needed
  • Extensive Interim Senior Leadership experience

Desired:

  • DSL
  • NPQSL / NPQH
