Interim Head of Asset Management – South Wales – 6-Month Contract
We’re working with a well-regarded housing association in South Wales who are looking for an experienced Interim Head of Asset Management to support them through a period of organisational change.
This is a critical leadership role where you’ll not only set direction but also get hands-on with the operational detail. You’ll help steady the ship, support the team, and bring stability during a key transition period.
📌 Key Details:
- Location: South Wales (2-3 days per week on-site)
- Duration: 6 months
- IR35: Outside IR35 may be possible
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate: Competitive (expenses not included)
🔎 We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience at Head of Service level (ideally within housing or a similar public sector environment)
- Is confident leading through change and can quickly gain trust and respect
- Has strong operational knowledge of asset management, with the ability to dive into detail when needed
- Is a natural people leader who can support and settle a team during a transitional period
