Interim Group Manager for Commissioning

Panoramic Associates are currently working with a South East based Local Authority to support them to recruit an Interim Group Manager for Commissioning.

Our client is looking for someone who is available from the start of August. This role is for an initial 6 months with a strong possibility of extension, fully remote or hybrid if preferred, paying £550 per day.

This role covers a broad range of areas including Public Health (Substance Misuse), Adult Social Care, SEND and the Better Care Fund.

Our client is looking for someone who can work at a fast pace in their very well-structured team. The candidate will need to feel confident and have some experience with the below -

  • Recommissioning of the voluntary and community sector contract
  • Oversee a team of 7 (strong line management skills are needed)
  • Very strong Partnership skills
  • Strong written skills for report writing for cabinet
