Position: Family Hubs Project Manager and Implementation Lead

Reporting to: Head of Children and Family Hubs / Children’s Centres and Early Help Systems
Contract: Full time, 6 months, £500 per day
Panoramic Associates are seeking a dedicated Family Hubs Project Manager and Implementation Lead to join our local authority client, to lead the development and delivery of Children & Family Hubs. This role involves managing projects related to the Family Hubs and Start for Life funding from the Department for Education and the Department for Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support key work streams within the Children & Family Hubs Programme.
- Project planning, delivery, and reporting.
- Support the mobilisation of services within Children and Family Hubs and Children’s Centres.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to service commissioning.
- Organise and lead critical meetings, maintaining agendas and action registers.
- Conduct data analysis and produce briefing documents to inform project delivery and transformation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in early years, children’s centres, or children and family hubs.
- Proven project management skills with a history of successful project delivery.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
This is a key role in driving service transformation to ensure families, children, and young people (aged 0-19, up to 25 with SEND) can access the support they need.
