Panoramic is supporting an Academy Trust in East Anglia in their search for an interim Executive Headteacher. This is to start ASAP or January 25 with handover days.

You will be overseeing a large SEND school. The trust are looking for a strong and decisive Headteacher with experience around rapid school improvement, who can evidence quick impact and an excellent track record with Ofsted. You will be overseeing two sites within the East Anglia area, line managing two Head of Schools across the sites. You will have a strong understanding of School Improvement with SEMH and preferrably Headteacher level or above experience within SEN.
