Environmental Health Officer

Minimum of 3 months on an ongoing basis

Up to 5 days per week

Part remote/part on-site - Essex region

Panoramic Associates are working with a Local Authority to support them with their need for an Environmental Health Officer to start ASAP for a minimum of 3 months on an ongoing basis.

*Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to undertake adhoc on-site visits to care homes around the local region as an essential part of your role*

The major focus of the work will be to work in Health Protection to support the work on the pandemic, particularly around COVID outbreaks and undertaking site visits.

Essential criteria:

  • Must have previous experience working as an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) and ideally within the public sector/local authority
  • You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be qualified in Environmental Health
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health/CIEH and/or EHORB Registered
