Interim Deputy Headteacher

Panoramic Associates is supporting an SEN School in the Bedfordshire area, in their search for a Deputy Headteacher to join them for an interim contract. This would officially be for a January 2025 start, though it could start ASAP for the right candidate.

The school are a small specialist provision catering to a wide range of ASD, SLD and complex needs. They are on a journey of rapid improvement currently, so you will need to hit the ground running. This would be an operational and hands-on role, supporting and driving improvement and helping to implement the action plan

A background in Curriculum/ Teaching and Learning would be beneficial. The school really require a strong character, with a child-centred approach and a willingness to learn on the go. They will consider mainstream only candidates, or middle leaders with SEN.

You must be available to work on-site 5 days per week in Bedfordshire, starting in January at the latest. Preferrably you will have a DBS on the update system.
