Position: Interim Finance Systems Analyst
Location: South West England
Duration: 6 months (competitive day rate)
Panoramic have partnered with a higher education institution within the South West, who are looking for their next interim finance systems analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate current finance systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and develop robust reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in finance-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to understand and address their system needs and challenges.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to finance team members on system functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably within an academic or large organizational setting.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with finance systems (e.g., ERP systems, accounting software).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
