Panoramic Associates is collaborating with a local authority to seek a Contracts Surveyor for their Housing Asset Management Team.
This opportunity offers a flexible role within a supportive team environment, contributing to the enhancement of housing services in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and surveys.
- Prepare detailed reports on property conditions, compliance, and maintenance needs.
- Provide expert advice on property matters to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety policies.
- Manage contractors to ensure efficient service delivery within time and budget constraints.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, insurance, and legal claims promptly.
- Collaborate with the Responsive Repairs Maintenance and Cyclical Services Manager and Asset Management Team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property inspections and maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve disputes effectively.
- Previous experience in local authority or the housing sector is advantageous.
