Interim Assistant Headteacher Opportunity

Panoramic Associates is supporting an SEN school in the East Midlands, who require an interim Assistant Headteacher to start with them this side of Christmas, for the remainder of the academic year.

The role will include:

  • Leadership of the school with both a strategic action plan of improvement including monitoring and quality assurance and also day to day management of staffing
  • Close working with all members of the senior leadership team and participating in SLT meetings and associated actions
  • Leading by example through a 0.4 teaching commitment including delivering lessons to students with complex special educational needs and autism.
  • Day to day support on the ground, supporting regulation of students, supporting staff to manage challenging situations, duties at the start and end of the day and during break times

This is a 5 day per week role with a view to start ASAP. A DBS on the update service is preferable but not essential. For more information please apply below.
