Interim Assistant Headteacher

£300-£325 a day Inside IR35

Panoramic Associates is currently supporting a multi academy trust special education school in the West Midlands to find an interim Assistant Headteacher to join the leadership team.

Within the role you will help deliver the schools new curriculum and assess teaching and learning to ensure it is fully embedded. There may also be a requirement to teach on an adhoc basis.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Oversee Curriculum assessments.
  • Oversee Teaching and Learning assessments.
  • Contribution to safeguarding oversight.
  • Teaching element as and when required.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
  • QTS qualification
  • SEND, ASD, PMLD or SEMH experience.
  • Comfortable teaching as and when needed.

Next Steps

This role is an initial 12-month contract with potential for extension and offering up to £325 Inside IR35.
