Panoramic Associates are working with a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) centre and school based in London, who are committed to providing exceptional care and education to early years children and pupils. Their mission is to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Admissions Manager to join their team.
This will be a 6 month contract starting ASAP and paid on a daily rate.
Role Overview:
As the Admissions & Partnership Manager, you will be a key figure in ensuring the seamless admission of early years children and pupils into the Centre and school. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, ensuring that every interaction with prospective families reflects the Centre’s values of care, compassion, and excellence. Your role will be crucial in continuously improving the journey of parents and carers, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in an admissions or similar role, preferably within an educational or SEN setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and external partners.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of the SEN sector and an understanding of the unique needs of children with special educational needs and their families is highly desirable.
- A degree or relevant qualification in education, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
