Role Overview:
In this varied role, you’ll support payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll also be the first point of contact for staff HR queries, escalating complex matters as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Payroll & HR Admin – Process payroll changes, pay claims & contract variations
✔ Recruitment & Onboarding – Organise pre-employment checks & support hiring managers
✔ Employee Records & Compliance – Maintain GDPR-compliant HR records & update staff details
✔ Staff Support – Monitor absences & provide first-line HR advice
