Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in the East Midlands to facilitate the appointment of a Housing Development Manager on an interim basis for an initial 3 – 6 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for project managing residential development projects, as well as working with Private developers, Registered providers and the County council.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- The delivery of a capital project to redevelopment residential sites.
- The development of a programme to redevelop/refurbish other sites.
- To progress a review of a number of different sites.
- Effective line management of Housing Development officer
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Significant experience delivering residential projects in a local authority setting.
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience carrying out feasibility studies, negotiating sale agreements and managing consultants.
Next Steps
This assignment is a 3 – 6 Months with a likely extension and offers between £350 -£400 a day (Inside IR35) depending on experience. There will be a mixture of remote working with a requirement to be onsite 1/2 days a week.
