📍 Location: London (Hybrid – Primarily site-based, with 1 day/week from home)

Panoramic Associates is partnering with a leading housing management organization to recruit a Building Surveyor with an accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Property Services Team and play a crucial role in ensuring that homes are safe, compliant, and fit for habitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HHSRS assessments, condition surveys, and energy efficiency evaluations (EPC).
- Diagnose building fabric defects and recommend maintenance solutions.
- Work collaboratively with teams on complex repairs and major works projects.
- Ensure accurate asset data management and compliance with Decent Homes standards.
- Provide expert surveying advice across the full RIBA plan of works (0-7).
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a degree in a construction-related subject or has equivalent experience.
- Possesses an accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification with proven inspection experience.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and asset performance data.
- Has excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
