Panoramic Associates is exclusively partnered with an SEN School in the Northamptonshire, in their recruitment for a substantive Headteacher. The vacancy can be available immediately, but the School can wait until January 2025.

The school is a small, specialist provision for students with ASD. You will be joining a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Team, leading the SLT in moving and already ‘Good’ School forward towards Outstanding. You will have strategic oversight and be responsible for raising standards and preparing for the next inspection. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SEN/ASD, and an excellent track record with Ofsted.
