Panoramic Associates has partnered up with a London Borough to assist them with the recruitment of an Interim Head of Quality Standard and Improvement Lead. This is a full-time interim position, a very good opportunity for an experienced Head of Cauldron’s Service to leave a lasting impact within a diverse London Borough.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
- To lead and manage a front line needs-led service that is predominantly related to high-risk statutory children social care services across a particular area.
- Providing professional cover for the full range: of early help and intervention.
- Identify, implement, and lead continuous improvement programs that will improve statutory social work service delivery, and embed a performance and accountability culture that drives standards and performance.
- To provide strategic leadership of quality standards/quality assurance framework that monitors, evaluates, and reports on the impact on children and young people.
An Ideal candidate for this position will consist of the following traits:
- Head of Children Service or a Senior Manager
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Thorough understanding of Children services and different branches relating to Children Services.
