Job Summary: As our newest team member, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance in all aspects of landlord health & safety, with a special focus on Gas & Legionella programmes. Your role will involve procuring, managing, and monitoring service provider performance, ensuring that service programmes and compliance are delivered with precision, meeting cost, quality, and time parameters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate engaging Gas and Legionella contract/operations meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and informed.
- Collaborate closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer to keep tenants informed about planned works and their implications.
- Identify s20 works and collaborate with our Leasehold Management and Neighbourhood Management Senior Specialists to ensure appropriate notification and service charges.
- Keep a keen eye on correspondence received in Gas and Legionella compliance mailboxes and trackers, ensuring swift and effective action.
- Maintain the asset management database, updating it with comprehensive information post-completion of works, including future maintenance cycles, operating manuals, and materials used.
