The Role
As the Interim Compliance Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing statutory compliance, health & safety, and contractor management. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining regulatory standards and addressing compliance priorities during this transitional period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on statutory compliance across key areas, including fire safety, water hygiene, and electrical testing.
- Ensure all facilities management operations meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Manage contractor relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Champion health & safety initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
