Fire Safety Surveyor

Location: Bristol and surrounding area

Client: Maintenance Contractor

Panoramic Associates is supporting a UK wide Maintenance Contractor with the recruitment of a Fire Safety Surveyor to join their expanding team to carry out post FRA inspections, fire door surveys, communal area and compartmentation surveys chiefly across Social housing and Local Authorities.

You will work closely with the Contracts Manager, liaise with residents and clients, and provide technical expertise to site teams and colleagues.

Key notes:

  • Experience in Fire Safety and Surveying with Housing or Local Authority
  • Strong report writing skills and the ability to prepare compliance audits using digital platforms
  • Sound team player with good customer skills
  • FDIS or ASFP certifications are desirable, but training is available
  • Work van provided
