Project Finance Support
The candidate needs to have a strong character, work to tight deadlines, excellent excel skills and good communication. This person must be self-motivated, good problem solver and confident in using their initiative.
The main duties of this role will include, but will not be limited to: -
- Completing reports on project sales weekly and monthly, including analysis of performance.
- Tracking the value of works not invoiced and ensuring this is kept to a minimum through daily liaison with project managers, customers and contractors.
- Reviewing quotes and checking we are getting best possible price.
- Tracking customer purchase orders and ensuring all invoices are processed
- Forecasting future sales and requirements
- Preparing reports for use in month end account
- Reviewing sales compared to budget
- Any other duties as considered reasonable by the business.
- Excellent communication
- Good numerical and computer literacy skills
- Ability to use spreadsheets to interpret and collate financial data
- Negotiation with suppliers and partners
- Presentation skills and report writing
