Exciting Opportunity: Executive School Business Manager
Panoramic Associates is supporting a dynamic group of schools in South London dedicated to providing the best education to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We’re currently seeking an Executive Business Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team. They are looking for someone to join them in January for a 3 month contract, paid on a daily rate. There is also scope for this go permanent for the right person.
About the Role: As the Executive Business Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of school management, including finances, facilities, health and safety, administration, and ICT. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll contribute to strategic business planning and drive growth and improvement initiatives across the schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to back-office staff
- Manage relationships with the Local Authority
- Implement and refine systems and processes
- Oversee facilities management, HR functions, and finance
- Lead budgeting processes to ensure sound financial management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in School Business Management and School Site Management
- Strong background in school finance, HR, and administration
- Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting processes effectively

- Full-time
- 35 hours per week
- Paid on a daily rate
- Opportunity to go permanent
