Panoramic Associates is working with a local authority in South London to support the recruitment of:
Electronic Care Monitoring System -Project Officer, 6 months (35 hours per week), £300 p/d

The council uses an Electronic Care Monitoring System to monitor the hours of care and support provided to its customers via a range of home care agencies. We are supporting it with the recruitment of an experienced project officer to lead on the migration of the existing ECM system to an up-graded version and to successfully implement it with existing and new home care providers.

Contract length: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Day rate: £300 p/d
Logistics: Fully Remote


Role Responsibilities:


* To ensure that the overall project plan is delivered to time-frames and schedule and coordinate activity across project work-streams


* Analyse the products and services available through the new ECM and benefits of these, making recommendations as to the services/products that should form part of the new ECM. Fully cost out the new model of ECM to the Council and home care agencies.

* To understand and summarise for management the different ways in which the new model of ECM can be used (including the pros and cons of each way) to enable them to determine the final model. Evaluate progress against project plans, where required taking remedial action to ensure project milestones are achieved

Requirements:


* Understanding of ASC (ideally ECM) and demonstrable experience of working with computerised data systems, experience of CM2000 (Social Care)


* Significant relevant experience of project management in a local authority (ideally adult social care) and knowledge of the Public Sector


* Excellent stakeholder coordination and engagement skills and significant experience of managing a project similar to this one
