Panoramic Associates have partnered up with one of the London Boroughs to assist them with the recruitment for an Operations Lead. This is a full-time interim position, an ideal opportunity for a Project MAnager or an experienced Operations Manager to leave a lasting impact within the Children’s Services and Early Years.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
- Overseeing of Commissioning and assisting the team with Contract Management.
- Managing different project within the deadlines.
- Flagging potential errors and managing the overall risk.
- Managing the operational elements of the team and assisting the wider team accordingly.
- Working with different teams such as Data Analysts and Early Years professionals to assist them reach a common goal.
An Ideal candidate for this position will consist of the following traits:
- Good Project Manager or an Operations Manager.
- Excellent transferable skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Experienced within the Public Sector especially within the Children Services.
- Thorough understanding of Commissioning lifecycle and Children’s Services
