Panoramic Associates is working on an exclusive basis to support Hertsmere Developments Ltd in the appointment of an experienced Development Surveyor.

Hertsmere Developments Ltd (HDL) is a wholly owned property development company set up to deliver economic regeneration, local housing, and a financial return to the Council’s revenue funding. HDL has now successfully transitioned from a startup development company delivering its first projects generating profits and important housing supply. The next pipeline sites have now been secured, and HDL is recruiting to support the continued growth of the company.
Role Overview: Manage projects through the full development cycle from inception through to occupation. Support the Director of Operations & Development in managing the day-to-day management activities for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate future opportunities and create acquisition appraisals to assess feasibility.
- Oversee consultant teams, approve payments, and monitor budgets.
- Assist with implementing the HDL business plan and project reporting.
- Coordinate procurement and appointment of advisers and consultants.
- Assist with implementing the HDL business plan and project reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in a property-related field.
- Experience in site acquisition and development.
- Strong understanding of the property market and development appraisals.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ambitious, energetic, and resilient.
