Salary £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
This role will be 2-3 days office working, 2-3 days home working per week.
Panoramic Associates is supporting a Housing Association based in the West Midlands with the recruitment of a Compliance Manager to support the ongoing asset management strategy by ensuring compliance across asbestos, electrical and fire safety.
-You will be responsible for the development of plans, policies, and future actions relevant to these three crucial service areas.
-Cyclical compliance works with 3rd party contractors
-Ensure that effective data management and quality control processes are in place
To be considered for the position, you will have a good track record working as a Compliance Manager, preferably within a Housing Association or within social housing/ residential, and a sound understanding and experience with asbestos, fire safety and electrical compliance.
You will hold NEBOSH Certificate in Fire/ IFE qualification, and ideally hold P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings (training can be provided to the right candidate).
