Market Oversight Manager/Commissioning Manager – Homecare, Extra Care & Supported Living
Location: London
Contract Type: Temporary (Initial 3 months, likely extension to at least 6 months)
Rate: Approximately £450 per day
Start Date: ASAP (Ideally August)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Market Oversight Manager/Commissioning Manager to provide additional capacity to complete critical commissioning work. This role will primarily focus on Homecare, Extra Care & Supported Living programmes, including managing several tender processes for mental health and learning disabilities services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commissioning process for Homecare, Extra Care, and Supported Living services.
- Oversee multiple tender processes with a focus on quality and timely completion.
- Quickly understand and execute new briefs independently.
- Collaborate with the team without requiring extensive direction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in commissioning within Homecare, Extra Care, and Supported Living sectors.
- Proven track record in managing tenders.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong managerial skills, focusing on practical management rather than strategic oversight.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the mobilisation of Homecare, Supported Living, and Extra Care services
