Clinical Lead – Adult’s Residential Home (Adults with complex needs)

Southampton | 6 months (Inside IR35)

Panoramic Associates are exclusively seeking a dynamic Interim Clinical Lead to join a residential service through a period of transition. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and exceptionally high standards
  • Experience managing challenging nursing staff
  • Experience in complex care
  • Must have an active nursing PIN
  • Available to start on short notice
  • Must be on the DBS update service
