Capital Programme Manager (Planned Capital Works)

3-month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Full time – Hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the office
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Capital Programme Manager to oversee planned capital works for council-owned properties.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead on and mange the delivery of the Planned Capital Works programme on council owned property, ensuring key deliverables are met within time and budget.
- Communicate effectively with consultants and external stakeholders
- Clearly report back project milestones and progress to the board.
- Lead on developing, writing and consistently reviewing strategies.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Experience working in a Local Authority setting.
- Experience working at a similar level managing the delivery of planned capital work projects
- Team management experience.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- CIOB or RICS qualification.
Next Steps:
This role is an initial 3-month contract with a potential for extension.
You will be required to be in the office 2-3 days per week, with the remainder remote.
