Role: Campaigns, Media and Digital Communications Officers
Rate: £200 - £300 p/d (DOE)
Working Style: Hybrid
Main purpose is to promote and defend the Council's reputation through effective media relations, digital and social media, implementing robust, creative and effective communications strategies.
To devise and deliver internal and external communications campaigns and solutions to support service delivery and promote the Council's vision, policies and key objectives.
To create, develop and deliver fully integrated campaigns, in line with organisational priorities, across a range of external communications channels.
Understanding and experience of using digital and social media channels effectively to communicate the organisation's key messages, internally and externally.
Knowledge and understanding of working on content management systems and website analytics programmes such as Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.
Experience working in or around the Public Sector in Media, Marketing, Journalism or Campaigning.
