Panoramic Associates are working exclusively with a Local Authority in the South of England in their search for a Bus Shelter Contract consultant to lead on the procurement of a new 20 year concession contract for the supply and maintenance of bus shelters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine council specifications for the service, ensuring all criteria are met before initiating the procurement process.
- Lead the contract negotiation, ensuring competitive comparisons and thorough evaluation.
- Oversee the analysis of multiple bids, focusing on service level agreements, exclusivity terms (e.g., 20-year agreements), and additional value offerings.
- Review and assess the number of bus shelters and services proposed by bidders to ensure alignment with requirements.
