Building Surveyor – South West
6-month contract | £300-£375 per day
Looking for your next contract with real on-site impact? We’re recruiting a Building Surveyor to support a Planned Works team within a Housing Association across the South of England. You’ll help deliver planned and cyclical programmes, carry out inspections, and ensure works are completed safely, to standard, on time and within budget.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead planned and cyclical maintenance programmes
- Carry out pre- and post-inspections, monitoring quality, cost and timescales
- Ensure works meet statutory and health & safety requirements
- Support Housing and Customer Services teams with inspections and handovers
- Provide a professional, customer-focused service to residents and stakeholders
