Panoramic Associates are supporting a local authority in their search for an Interim Building Safety Manager for a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRBs) in line with safety case reports.
- Ensure statutory duties and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
- Oversee fire risk assessments, building remediation, and compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Engage with residents to promote building safety awareness.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with fire and building safety standards.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification (or equivalent).
- Membership of IFE/IFSM (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and building compliance.
