Panoramic Associates are working with a local authority in Hampshire in the search for a Building Safety Manager to ensure the safety and compliance of their high-risk residential buildings. The Building Safety Manager will oversee all matters related to structural and fire safety within our client’s building stock. As the key point of contact, you’ll coordinate regulatory requirements, engage with stakeholders, and implement safety measures to uphold legislative standards. Your role will involve managing contractors, maintaining safety documentation, and fostering resident engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage structural and fire safety compliance in high-risk residential buildings.
- Oversee safety protocols and procedures on a day-to-day basis.
- Engage with stakeholders and residents to address safety concerns effectively.
- Ensure planned maintenance is conducted according to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement safety measures and policies.
