Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and delivery of construction projects through their entire life cycle.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring service delivery and commercial success.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team, including mentoring junior members.
- Drive business development efforts and lead bid preparations for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Project Management Experience: Essential for the role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful projects.
- Client Relations: Strong experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Construction Knowledge: Sound technical knowledge of project management, UK building contracts, and procurement routes.
- Compliance: Thorough understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
- Qualifications: Degree in a construction-related discipline and professional membership (e.g., MRICS, MAPM).
