BCOP has been supporting older people in Birmingham since 1946. As a registered charity and social landlord, we provide high-quality nursing care alongside independent and supported housing, helping older people live with dignity, independence and choice.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We want BCOP to be a great place to work – somewhere employees feel valued and supported, can perform at their best and have opportunities to develop their skills and abilities as part of close-knit teams.

Our values guide the way we work:

  • People at the heart of everything we do
  • Little things matter
  • Working together to provide the best possible support
  • Adapting to our residents’ needs

We are proud of the care and support we provide and are committed to creating a positive workplace culture where our people can thrive, while continuing to make a meaningful difference to the lives of older people across Birmingham.
